Jacqueline Lesniak, owner and founder of New Strength Myofascial Release and Pelvic Health, is a licensed Occupational Therapist and advanced MFR therapist who practices in Los Angeles. She graduated in 2017 with a Masters in Occupational Therapy at Chicago State University and has studied extensively and directly under John F. Barnes, the founder of the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach and Gillespie Approach Craniosacral Fascial Therapy.

In 2018, Jackie was drawn to Myofascial Release by means of her aunt who was suffering from chronic pain. As an Occupational Therapist, she had heard of Myofascial Release techniques and was intrigued to learn more. Through MFR, her training in Women's Health directed her in becoming a pelvic floor therapist. This ultimately guided her in assisting people with urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor dysfunctions. With Jackie's experience treating pregnancy and postpartum population she often found herself treating babies after birth trauma and has helped many babies with fascial tension, tongue ties/ lip ties to assist with oral motor and latching skills for feeding and developmental milestones. She calls herself a maternal health occupational therapist focusing on the mom/baby dyad throughout infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, breast health with clogged ducts/ mastitis, in addition to treating newborns and beyond.

When Jackie is not healing her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, receiving self care, going to the beach with her golden retriever, and traveling.
